We ship locally from Vancouver and use our local Canada Post courier. At this time all shipping fees are the customers responsibility. We are not liable for any duty fees on your order.

Once your order has been received by the courier, we are no longer held liable or responsible for the parcel. Please refer to their method of opening a claim, and be in touch with their customer service.

If you've received your order and have found an item to be damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will do our best to replace the item, or refund accordingly. We will not be responsible for damaged items outside of the 7-day window.

At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States.

All our garments are currently made in Vancouver, Canada by skilled, fairly paid workers. We are proud to say that our garments are made small batch to reduce waste and are handled with love and care. Learn more about us here: about us.

Silk can be delicate, but don't let that scare you! Here are some simple wash care steps to keep the longevity of you silky items.

1. Fill a sink or basin with cold/lukewarm water.

2. Add a gentle, dye free soap or detergent (hint: baby soaps/detergents are usually gentle and dye free!) to the water.

3. Gently submerge your silk set in the water and let soak for 3-5 minutes.

4. Remove from the water and gently run under cold/lukewarm tap to remove excess soap.

5. Do not wring out your garment! Instead, lay it on an uncoloured towel and pat dry. Lay flat and let air dry.

6. Once dry, feel free to us a steamer to remove any wrinkles (no iron!)

7. Store in a safe spot away from sunlight (to prevent any discolouration).
